CrossFit/ S&C – 1 hour class based on improving all aspects of fitness and health. Scales and progressions available for any level of fitness. (Beginner’s introduction required)

HYROX – 1 hour class based on improving your cardiovascular fitness, targeted at any level of fitness!

Unit Conditioning – 45 minute class based on improving your cardiovascular fitness, targeted at any level of fitness!

Weightlifting – 1 hour class covering all aspects of Olympic lifting and accessory strength work. All abilities welcome.
